2 day Grof®(holotropic) Breathwork Workshop – Calgary Nov 4th and 5th – 2023

We have found a venue in Calgary. We will be facilitating a 2 day Grof® Breathwork workshop on Saturday November 4th and Sunday November 5th.

We will be capping the registrations at 20 people for this new space and the registration fee of $450 (early bird till October 4th)-$500 after that. As always there will be work exchange and discount rates for those who need it including GLT students. Workshop includes three light meals (2 lunches and 1 dinner) a full experience of Grof® Breathwork, an opening preparation circle and a closing connection and integration circle. The fee also includes two introductory online preparation calls and one integration zoom meeting for our group.
