Join this full-day intensive (9:00 am to approximately 7:00 pm). The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one session as a sitter. There will be an online preparation Zoom meeting prior (Wed, Sept 4 at 7:00 pm – recorded) and an integration Zoom session after (Mon, Sept 9th at 7:00 pm).
