Join this full day intensive day (9:00am to approximately 7 pm). Bring your valentine. The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one session as a sitter. There will be an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Wed Feb 15 at 7:00 pm – recorded) and an integration zoom session after (Mon Feb 20 at 7:00pm).
