VICTORIA BC – Inner Journeywork with Soul Collage® and Holotropic Breathwork®: Making the Invisible Visible
This non-residential 2-day workshop (Friday Evening and all day Saturday) will provide an experiential journey into Stan Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork’s drug-free approach to generating extraordinary states of consciousness for healing and self-exploration. Via in-depth Breathwork sessions, we will be drawing forth what is unconscious, working with it and then expressing it through the SoulCollage® process. Certified Facilitators Heidi Erhardt (Soul Collage) and Carolyn Green (Holotropic Breathwork).
Our psyches are organized for ordinary states of consciousness, consequently insights don’t generally emerge during our daily activities. Holotropic Breathwork activates non-ordinary states of consciousness that lie below the surface; SoulCollage then offers us a process by which to create a tangible visual expression of that which we have drawn forth. SoulCollage is an insightful integration tool, as work in the deep psyche requires proper integration. Please bring a journal.
